Symptoms
Cannot create and modify of TD collateral input through web service. Following error is thrown
ERROR
-----------------------
During Create:
ST-SAVE-004 - Message does not exist for this Error Code.
During Modify:
ST-SAVE-008 - Failed to Modify the Record
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send CreateCollateral request to ELCollteralService
2. Verify the response got.
3. Send ModifyCollateral request to ELCollteralService.
4. Verify the response got.
