Construction end date can be even after the moratoriumend date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Finance contract is booked with category MUSHARKAHUNCONST.
2. System is expecting that construction end date to be same as moratorium end date
 

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a contract with construction end date after the moratorium date.
