Symptoms
On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to change the settlement account for a bank guarantee contract and close the current account.
the following error occurs.

11007 - Account is linked as settlement account in settlement instruction
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a current account to be closed.
2. Ensure current account is linked to an active bank guarantee contract
3. Try to close the current account.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the current account and settle the customer account.
