ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is allowing user to change the Number of Amendment field in LCDAMEND screen and allows to save. Hence, duplicate amendment gets inserted with same amendment number and not allowing to fetch the latest amendment.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not allow user to change the Number of Amendment field in LCDAMEND screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the screen LCDAMEND.
2. Change the Number of Amendment fields in the LCDAMEND screen.
3. Save the contract.

Due to this issue, users can able to change the Number of Amendment fields in the LCDAMEND screen.
