ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Liability (GEDMLIAB) modification beyond the Facility (GEDFACLT) amount
System allows to input facility limit amount above the liability overall limit amount. No error is shown
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Error or Override should be shown while reducing the Liablity when its already utilized in Facility
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1>Create Limits in GEDMLIAB and GEDFACLT having same limit amount say1,00,000.
2>Decrease overall limit in GEDMLIAB to 50,000 from 1,00,000
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot know the excess facility existed for the Liablity
