ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The incoming PACS008 transaction not getting cancelled post cancelling the transaction from BO queue
*The transaction is not present in PSDICBVW screen and getting the error as 'No records found'
*The transaction is not getting cancelled and the PACS004 message not generated post cancelling transaction from Business override queue
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The transaction should be cancelled and the PACS004 message should be generated while cancelling transaction from Business override queue
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
*.Created a PACS 008 inbound message
*The inbound message landed in Business override queue
*The PACS008 message was not getting displayed in PSDICBVW screen
*Hence tried to cancel the transaction from PMSINBRW screen
*The cancellation was successful and the same was displayed under the user action tab
*The PACS004 message was not getting generated for the same
*However the original transaction remain still in BO queue and the status of the transaction is not cancelled

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the incoming PACS008 transaction getting cancelled post cancelling the transaction from BO queue
