ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Standing instruction not processed on Debiting Day

Standing instruction created or amendment via Online Banking are not debiting on the day that the payment is due. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Standing instruction should be processed on Debiting Day

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create/Amend a standing instruction from Online banking.
2. Verify if the instruction is processed successfully on the execution date.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, standing instruction is not processed.
