Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.2.0 version, Implementation Support
Patch set : 14.7.0.2.0, Maintenance line
In case there is specific character in Customer Name, account is not visible in OBBRN

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In case there is specific character in Customer Name, account that belong to that customer can not be fetched in OBBRN.

ERROR
-----------------------
RM_CT_AC_04: Invalid Account Number

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Account should be visible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch OBBRN
2.Go to customer account maintenance screen
3.Enter specific character in Customer Name
4.Fetch in OBBRN(Teller transaction -cash deposit)

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot fetch the account in OBBRN which belongs to that customer.

Changes

 Fix provided to add esc.java to keep the json request formatted for customer name and account name.
