Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
system displays the warning message : - Payment moved to repair queue & Transaction Authorized with Exceptions .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the system functionality of OBPM, the transactions are moved to exception queues.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Outgoing transaction - provide the debit account where the Account is marked for "No Debit"
2. Save is successful.
3. Click on authorize button- system displays the warning message : - Payment moved to repair queue & Transaction Authorized with Exceptions .
