Symptoms
When attempting to view/edit dashboard template, following occurs.
ERROR

On Screen:
System cannot process the request, please try again later.
In Logs:
com.ofss.extsystem.business.extsystems.HostAdapterManager.processRequest Exception in processing the ext system interface
java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.ofss.extsystem.framework.utils.dbaccess.JDBCEngine.setArguments(JDBCEngine.java:801)
at com.ofss.extsystem.framework.utils.dbaccess.JDBCEngine.executeQuery(JDBCEngine.java:657)
at com.ofss.extsystem.framework.utils.dbaccess.JDBCEngine.executeQuery(JDBCEngine.java:582)
at com.ofss.extsystem.business.extsystems.adapters.CustomerAccountRelationshipAdapter.processRequest(CustomerAccountRelationshipAdapter.java:49)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via administrator.
2. Navigate to User Experience > Dashboard Overview > View Dashboard > Corporate User
3. Click on View/Edit Dashboarrd for template having below details:
a. Template Name:Dashboard coporateuser
b. Type: User Type
c. Value: coporateuser
