Symptoms

While initiating adhoc internal transfer, below error is shown

ERROR

Invalid account number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user
2. Navigate to "Adhoc Transfer"
3. Perform internal transfer.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to perform internal transfer.
