Push Notifications: Rejecting A Transaction Via Push Notification Does Not Show Rejection Message (Doc ID 2977585.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Rejecting A transaction via push notification is not working, there is no message displayed that the transaction has been rejected.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Appropriate message should be displayed after rejecting the transaction via push notification.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDx as maker
2. Navigate to payment.

3. Click on the Reject button shown in Push Notification. 


BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see appropriate message.
