ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users doesn't have option of removing attached documents before submitting a service request.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------
Users should be able to remove attached documents before submitting a service request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user
2. Navigate to service requests > raise a new request
3. choose a file upload service request and upload the file.
4. and now try to remove the same file.
5. please check that there is no option to remove the file.
