On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
14.7||OBTF||System is expecting customer ref no for APP in GUA_RELEASE_ADV mail format||


We observe the below:

1. Create an issuance guarantee
2. Parties are APP, APPLICANT BANK ( Walk-in customer), BENEFICIARY (Walk in customer)
3. System does not prompt user to pass customer reference number for any of the parties including applicant
4. GTEE is closed by the user
5. As per the expectation, GUA_RELEASE_ADVICE shall go to the applicant of the GTEE in mail format
6. Advice is going into repair
7. As per our analysis, it seems system is expecting customer reference number against APP
8. Please note that system did not prompt user to pass customer reference number


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

GUA_RELEASE_ADVICE shall go to the applicant of the GTEE in mail format.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an issuance guarantee
2. Parties are APP, APPLICANT BANK( Walk-in customer), BENEFICIARY (Walk in customer)
3. System does not prompt user to pass customer reference number for any of the parties including applicant
4. GTEE is closed by the user
5. As per the expectation, GUA_RELEASE_ADVICE shall go to the applicant of the GTEE in mail format
6. Advice is going into repair
7. As per our analysis, it seems system is expecting customer reference number against APP
8. Please note that system did not prompt user to pass customer reference number.
