API connection timeout in OBRH (Doc ID 2978352.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to send multiple requests from OBRH,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"TimedOut exception"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as a corporate user
2. all APIs for OBLM and OBVAM are failing,Error as mentioned above is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Users cannot view details in OBDX.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
