Load Customer Match Data from the Oracle CS is not visible (Doc ID 2978936.1)

Goal

Unable to Perform Steps as Mentioned in KYC Administration Guide

1. As per the document, on the Left Hand Side "Load Customer Match Data from the Oracle CS" should be visible under Processes but it is not visible

 

Refer to the Admin Guide, refer the section Section 12.1.2 Running the Deployment Initiation Batch

Client not able to perform the below step, since 'Load Customer Match Data from the Oracle CS' option not coming under Processes.

Step 6 .Search for the Load Customer Match Data from the Oracle CS process and double-click the process. It moves to the Tasks window on the right.

 

2. After clicking on save , it is throwing error as " please enter the following required field names "

 

Steps :

 

1.Log in to the KYC Application.
2. Click Common Tasks >> Rule Run Framework >> Process.

3. Click on component , process and fccmSegment
