Symptoms
User cannot do VAMI through webservice. System is throwing the following error.
ERROR

ST-OTHR-001 - Unhandled Exception
ST-SAVE-054 - Failed to Save
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Frame CreateVami request by modifying the Auto Liquidation (component to manual)
2. Send the request to FCUBSCLService
3. Verify the response received.
