Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Teller Transactions are not able to cancel or delete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The maintenance transaction need to be authorized and modified again as per the requirement.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform user modification
2. Authorize and re-perform the maintenance as per the requirement.
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete the transaction
