'Type of Cheque Book' field is showing no data on 'Cheque Book Request' screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Values should be populated in a dropdown for 'Type of Cheque Book' field on 'Cheque Book Request' screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as retail user > Go to 'Cheque Book Request' transaction
2. Click on 'Type of Cheque Book' dropdown to select the option
3. Observe on screen, field shows no values
