"Timed out exception" Error Displayed on Initiate Outward Guarantee Screen (Doc ID 2982925.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create Bank Guarantee (BG), following error occurs.

ERROR

On Screen:
System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
Timed out exception

In Logs:
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01407: cannot update ("<SCHEMA_NAME>"."DIGX_TF_BG"."AUTO_SAVED") to NULL

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Trade Finance > Bank Guarantee > Outward Bank Guarantee > Initiate Outward Guarantee/Stand By LC > Drafts
3. Fill in information and move to next tabs. Observe the errors.
