OBTF | Issue found in Common Group messages screen - OBTF.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While creating Common group message functionality message got generated when using Auto Auth user but for Non-Auto Auth user message is not getting generated in MSDTFCGM.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Message should get generated for Non-Auto Auth user.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Message not generated for Non-Auto Auth user.
