Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------
User is not able to view the limits for the transaction of Adhoc Demand Draft for both corporate and retail user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------
User should be able to view the limits for the transaction of Adhoc Demand Draft for both corporate and retail user.

STEPS
---------------
1. Login to OBDX Application as retail user
2. Dashboard => Toggle Menu => Payments => Payments and Transfers 
3  Adhoc Demand Draft =>view limits

4. Unable to view the limits for the transaction of Adhoc Demand

BUSINESS IMPACT
--------------------
Due to this issue user is not able to view limits of Adhoc Demand Draft for both corporate user and retail user.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
