OBTF-ELCM - Utilization Not happening after Integration

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In LCDTRONL, after attaching limits and clicking on save, getting error failed to save.
As per our analysis, Entity is going as ENTITY_AE instead of ENTITY_ID1 , which is maintained as the external entity id
Branch in headers is going as 001 which is external branch code but in UTIL_BRN is going as 032.
Need help in identifying any maintenance from where it is picked or any other change required.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow to user to attach limits in LCDTRONL and utilization to be updated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate OBTF and ELCM
2. Verify by adding the limit in LCDTRONL screen.
