Symptoms

When attempting to initiate Outward Guarantee by submitting input fields in Arabic locale.
following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application, switch to Arabic locale
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Bank Guarantee-->Outward Bank Guarantee-->Initiate Bank Guarantee
3. Input details in Arabic language
