Group Corporate Onboarding - user account access is not visible to the approver. (Doc ID 2984272.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

When attempting to approving group corporate,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"No users linked to this group corporate"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with OBDX Application as a Admin Checker.
2. go to Group corporates Wizard under Pending for Approvals.
3. review pending actions one by one,Error as mentioned above is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot approve the group corporate onboarding screen.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
