List of Correct 'Group Codes' Are Not Displayed on 'User Group Management' Screen (Doc ID 2984309.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to click on Party ID's, list of same 'Group Codes' are displayed on 'User Group Management' screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
List of same 'Group Codes' should not be displayed. 'Group Codes' should be displayed based on 'Party ID'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as admin user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to 'User Group Management' screen
3. Enter 'Party ID' and click on 'Search' button
4. Click on any of the listed 'Party ID', list of 'Group Codes' will be displayed
5. Click on 'Back' button and again click on any of the listed Party IDs other than the last Party ID
6. Observe, the list of same 'Group Codes' will be displayed which were displayed earlier
