FCUBS 14.7 GEDCULIK Modification Failed with Error as Customer Liability Linkage is not Populated during customer creation(STDCIF) (Doc ID 2984581.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

14.7 FCUBS | GEDCULIK save error

When user tries to modify and save a record from GEDCULIK - cust liab llinkage error is encountered :
GE-EXT-005-2 - failed to modify record
GE-EXT-007 - Replication to Common core failed.
This is a new record and before save data was not present in STTM_CORE_EL_LIAB_CUST and GETM_LIAB_CUST but during save -
data gets inserted in STTM_CORE_EL_LIAB_CUST but no data in GETM_LIAB_CUST and record fails to save with above errors.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify Customer Liability Linkage using GEDCULIK
2. Failed to Save with Error
