KYC Scoring Task 4 Populate_cust_prcsng Job Is Long Running

Symptoms
The client is on the 8.1.2 ECM KYC CRR module.
As part of our batch execution, we have noticed that the KYC scoring Task 4 Populate_cust_prcsng job is long-running.
This job would insert the data into the CUST_PRCSNG table. Average run time of the task is 20 mins, but today its running more than 20 hours So far we have performed the below steps as part of the analysis
1) The query seems to be stuck while scanning data within table RTI_ASSMT_RESULT.
2) DBA helped perform table analysis for RTI_ASSMT_RESULT and other tables in the query to load data into CUST_PRCSNG table.
3) Post table analysis and rerunning the select, query result was still not coming out and stuck on the DB end.
4) DBA helped take a backup of the RTI_ASSMT_RESULT and truncate data from the main table. Query ran but returned no rows which doesn't seem right.
5) The FCCM stream batch is currently halted to analyze this issue and post-remediation, will be run from Task 4 to complete and then proceed accordingly.
