Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After attaching the liability and facility in Import LC Issuance process and on submitting in DE stage, there is no call fired for creating a block/earmark. No error in logs as well but landing in the exception stage.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should create a block/earmark.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate the Import LC Issuance process
2. Submit till DE stage with liability and facility attached
3. Verify whether system is creating a block.
