Error 'System Cannot' Is Observed When Attempting to Create Contract Using 'Saved Draft' under LC (Doc ID 2984801.1)

When attempting to create contract using saved draft following error occurs

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.



The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login with corporate use-- > From the menu, select Trade finance
2. Select Letter of credit--> Import Letter of credit --> Initiate Letter of credit
3. Select Draft from the list and create contract
4. The error will popup while clicking submit.
