User Not Able To View The Charges And Taxes Under View Bill (Doc ID 2984848.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
It is observed that when viewing bill details from View Bill screen for Export Letter of Credit, Charges & Taxes section does not list taxes details and charges record does not display the account number on the screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On View Bill screen for Export Letter of Credit the Charges & Taxes section should display all the taxes and charges details correctly and in full.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Export Letter of Credit > View Bill > Select a Bill Ref. number > Charges & Taxes.
3. The Taxes records are empty and under Charges it is observed that Account Number is empty.
