Giving Mandatory Field Error for Account Number in BC Issue against Walk-in

When, I am performing BC Issue against Walk-in Operation, I was able to submit the transaction successfully and there was no account number field to enter as it is a walk-in screen. After Submitting the transaction, In the electronic journal when we are trying to submit at sent back stage it's giving us a ST-MAND-001 error Account Number, which is not even there in the screen. So we are unable to complete the transaction successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a BC Issue against a Walk-in
2. Submit the Transaction
3. Go to Electronic Journal and submit the transaction to back stage

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with the Transaction
