On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

BC Operations- Instrument Number is not found in payment system

RM-PA-EQ-02 : Instrument number not found




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) When I am performing the BC Enquiry in BC Operations.
2) It's giving Instrument Number not found


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do a BC Inquiry
