ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MSSOUTBR - Message browser summary screen not pointing to the first record of summary results.

Bank has query the summary screen of message browser and select any row. If we requery summary with filters applied, It is not pointing to the first record instead it point outs to the previously selected record position.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Summary screen of message browser should point out to the 1st record of page. Due to this user needs to scroll to top always when queried.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Message browser summary screen(MSSOUTBR)
2. Query without applying any filter
3. Now select the last record of first page
5. Clear all results
6. Now query with any reference number
7. System points out to the previously selected record position.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, User cannot get the Message browser summary screen not pointing to the first record of summary results.
