On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to book a bill
the following error occurs.
ERROR

BC-CUS-355 - LC BILL should have lien copied from LC
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bill to be booked on a letter of credit contract.
2. Ensure lien is not transferred to bill for letter of credit contract
3. Try to book a bill
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot book a bill contract on a letter of credit contract
