Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ECA block not released for auto cancelled RTGS transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ECA block should have released for auto cancelled RTGS transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book RTGS transaction against account that have insufficient balance.
2. Check on auto cancellation, ECA block is released

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct available balance of customer account involved in ECA block of auto cancelled RTGS transaction.

Changes

 Application changes released to set ECA block reference no correctly, so ECA reversal request can be posted to FCUBS on auto cancellation of RTGS transaction.
