Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Below are the observation found while performing clause maintenance:
1.'Product' and 'document' fields are displayed blank when clicked Back on clause maintenance screen.
2.'Submit' and 'confirm' is happening without filling 'document' field even if it is mandatory.
3.After submitting, screen header 'Product' and 'document' both fields are displayed with no data.
4.After adding new clause, no data is populated in dropdown and related fields.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Clause maintenance should work properly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to application -> Navigate to Clause Maintenance
2.Enter data for Party ID, 'Product' And 'Document'
3.Click On Submit
4.Out of Create Clause Maintenance and click on Back
5.No matches found for Document field and same is displayed blank.
6.Click On submit again ->In the screen header Product and document, both fields are displayed with no data
7.Click on Add New -> System proceeds with clause creation ->In the code, no data is populated in the dropdown.
