ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBTR - MM - MMTB_CONTRACT_MM has incorrect Interest Rate
After booking MM contract, we have noted incorrect Interest Rate in MMTB_CONTRACT_MM table.
Contract Interest Rate is 2.5 whereas in MMTB_CONTRACT_MM it is showing as 3
Note: This will create problem while doing confirmation matching.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Proper exchange rate to be updated in table

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book MM contract
2, Input exchange rate
3.Verify the rate in table
