Users are getting error 'instrument number is already used for this instrument code' during issuing Instrument Number. However, the Instrument number has not been used yet.

ST-SAVE-004: Failed to Save the Record


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in application
2. Go to PIDINSIS
3. Fill Records
4. Save

Due to this issue, users cannot issue Instrument number that has not been used yet.
