ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Instrument Date Going One or Two Days Less than the Actual Branch Date
When doing the DD Operations after submitting the transaction and when we are trying to fetch from journal logs, we can see those transactions with one day less than the actual Branch Date.. This is happening for all the DD Operations.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Transaction date should show correctly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a DD Transaction
2.Verify the Transaction Date created for the booking
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate the transactions correctly as Dates are not in synch
