Details should be available on charges, commission and taxes tab under initiate import LC amendment screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application -> Go to Trade finance --> Import LC --> Amend Import LC
2. Select the contract from the list
3. Move to Charges, Commission & Taxes tab -> Details are not available.
