Symptoms
Navigate to Recon summary screen, here you can see 2 search bar where one is for search using "Run description" and the other is using "Execution Date".
When we try to search using execution date, not seeing any changes in the graph and it is not giving any result.
Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
1. Navigate to the Recon summary screen.
2. Select the search bar with execution date.
3. Provide the execution date for the rules and search.
