Symptoms
On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
cash transaction posted through functions 7551 ( Book shortage) & 7552 (Book Overage) does not throw the override when the amount exceeds the trnsaction limit for the function id when ‘’pickup’’ button is not clicked .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system should throw the override and send it to authorizer even if the pickup button is not clicked.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. launch 7551
2. fill in the details do not click on pickup button.
3. save the transaction
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, transactions are not sent to authorizers.
