CIDACCVM Unable To update maturity date (Doc ID 2987476.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

Unable to update maturity date system show error "Failed to process the request " then error appear when we click on "E" tab in front of expiry date , we need to update expiry date as 29-05-2026, logs spools and snap shot is attached

ST-SAVE-028 Failed to Process the Request




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform VAMI for the existing Account using CLDACCVM
2. on Save Error is thrown.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Extend the maturity Date more than 2098
