Button Alignment Issues and Unable to Edit a Few Fields on Other Party Maintenance Screen (Doc ID 2987609.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issue 1: Back button is not properly positioned on other party maintenance screen while editing saved party maintenance details.

Issue 2: Delete button is visible when in edit mode on other party maintenance screen.

Issue 3: While editing party details on other party maintenance screen, only the access type field is editable, remaining fields are not.

Issue 4: While editing party details on other party maintenance screen, save, cancel, and back buttons are not properly aligned.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------
Issue 1: Back button on other party maintenance screen should be correctly placed when editing saved party maintenance details.

Issue 2: Delete button should not be displayed on other party maintenance screen when in edit mode.

Issue 3: While editing party details on other party maintenance screen, all fields should be editable.

Issue 4: While editing party details on other party maintenance screen, save, cancel, and back buttons should be properly positioned.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Issue 1:
--------------
1. Login with corporate user.
2. Navigate to toggle menu > trade finance > maintenance > other party maintenance
3. Please click on any one party maintenance details from list of other parties
4. Now, please check that back button is displayed away from edit and delete buttons.

Issue 2:
--------------
1. Login with corporate user.
2. Navigate to toggle menu > trade finance > maintenance > other party maintenance
3. Please click on any one party maintenance details from list of other parties
4. Now, click on edit.
5. Please check that party details is displayed with delete button.

Issue 3:
--------------
1. Login with corporate user.
2. Navigate to toggle menu > trade finance > maintenance > other party maintenance
3. Please click on any one party maintenance details from list of other parties
4. Now, click on edit.
5. please try to edit like applicability, country and address details
6. Please check that not able to edit the fields.

Issue 4:
--------------
1. Login with corporate user.
2. Navigate to toggle menu > trade finance > maintenance > other party maintenance
3. Please click on any one party maintenance details from list of other parties
4. Now, click on edit.
5. Please check that save, cancel and back buttons are not properly aligned.
