Symptoms
When attempting to edit Term Deposit(TD) Maturity Instructions,
following error occurs.
ERROR

Error while communicating with the host.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Accounts-->Term Deposit-->Edit Maturity Instruction
3. Edit instruction, Save
