When user attempt to modify collection the following error occurs on review screen.

System cannot process the request currently, please try later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user
2. Navigate to Trade Finance > Collection > Export Collection > Modify Collection
3. Attempt to modify collection, above error occurs on review screen
