ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SIT : Account Class Description
When we open the new TD account, account class description not appear as per attached file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Account class description should be available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a new TD account
2. Account class description not appears

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, account class description is not available.

Changes

 Account class description UI field added in data blocks BLK_CUST_ACCOUNT.
