Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. Delete button is missing to delete the transaction or transaction group on Limit Package edit screen.
2. Save button not working as expected on Limit Package edit screen.
3. Expiry date field is missing on create Limit Package screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Delete button should be shown on Limit Package edit screen.
2. Save button should be working as expected on Limit Package edit screen.
3. Expiry date field should be shown on create Limit Package screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Point 1:
1. Login via admin user and navigate to Limits > Limit Package Maintenance
2. Open the limit package record and click on 'Edit' button
3. Observe there is no 'Delete' button to delete the transaction or transaction group on 'Limit Package' screen

Point 2:
1. Click on 'Edit' button and edit the fields on 'Limit Package' screen
2. Click on 'Save' button > Click on 'Back' button > Click on 'Save' button
3. Observe 'Save' button not working

Point 3:
1. Navigate to Limits > Limit Package Maintenance
2. Create limit package and fill all the fields
3. Observe there is no expiry date
