Customer Number LOV is not fetching any data for Charge Inquiry Screen in OBLM.
Logs have been attached.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customers should show in the LOV.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Liquidity Management > Maintenance > Charges > Charge Inquiry > Create
2. Try to choose a customer from Customer LOV screen.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to fetch any customer from the LOV.
